Single niche
Start with one trade, done properly. Marketing a cleaning business, a removals arm and a handyman service all at once from day one spreads attention too thin to dominate any of them. We get one niche working before adding a second.

Ads Camps Digital Marketing was founded in Perth in January 2018 with one rule that’s never changed: work exclusively with home service businesses. Not a generalist agency that added trades later, built for them from the start.
Ads Camps has worked only with home service businesses since January 2018. Every campaign, website and SEO strategy is built for trades like these, never for e-commerce or B2B clients.

If you run a home service business and want marketing built for your trade, we can help.
See how we help a business growRon founded Ads Camps in Perth in January 2018 with a simple decision that’s shaped everything since: work exclusively with home service businesses, and understand the trade properly rather than applying a generic playbook to it.
Most marketing agencies split their attention across e-commerce, professional services and whatever else comes through the door. Ads Camps never has. Every campaign, every website, every SEO strategy is built around how a home service business actually gets booked, not adapted from a template built for something else entirely.
That focus is also why reporting looks different here. Clicks and impressions don’t book jobs. Jobs booked does. That’s the number Ads Camps has reported on since the beginning, because it’s the only one that actually matters to a trade business owner.

A lot of home service business owners have been through an agency before. Usually a generalist one, running the same playbook it uses for e-commerce stores and B2B software companies, just with the industry name swapped out.
The Pattern
Clicks, impressions, “engagement.” Numbers that look busy in a monthly PDF but never actually tell a trade business owner whether the phone rang. Trade businesses run on booked jobs, not traffic.
The Fix
Ads Camps doesn’t run home services alongside e-commerce and hospitality accounts. It’s the only industry served, which is why the campaigns, the copy and the reporting are built around how a trade business actually operates, not repurposed from somewhere else.
Most home service businesses don’t start big, and they shouldn’t try to market like they already are. Spreading a small budget across every trade and every suburb at once doesn’t build momentum anywhere. The approach that actually works follows the same order a business naturally grows in.

Own one suburb first. Local SEO built at the suburb level, a Google Business Profile that actually ranks, and ads targeted tight enough to matter, rather than a budget spread so thin across a whole city it doesn’t move anything.

Once a suburb is genuinely working, expand to full city-wide coverage. Built on top of the suburb-level foundation that’s already proven, not starting from scratch with a city-sized budget and no track record yet.

From there, the same proven model replicates into new cities, state-wide and eventually national, using what already worked rather than guessing again in every new market.

Every strategy is trade-specific. Not adapted from an e-commerce or B2B template with the industry name swapped out.
